The OBH Nordica Andoria Retro Microwave was a replacement product that was full tested in place of the discontinued Antares 7519.  A single compliance test for standby power consumption was carried out at SLG in January 2016.

Results

Testing against the limit of 1.0W for products with an electronic display gave the following result (click for larger image)

Manufacturer response

The newer microwave measured within limits and MarketWatch reported this results to the company.  However, MarketWatch has yet to receive a response to date on the original results of the Antares 7519 microwave, to provide assurance that standby limits are being adhered to in general.
